NAMIKO Fermented Buckwheat Drink Concentrate has a sour taste, is high in fibre and contains live and active beneficial fermenting micro-organisms. In terms of quality and beneficial micro-organisms, this fermented concentrate is far superior to sauerkraut or sauerkraut juice and other fermented products. This probiotic concentrate is lactose-free, unpasteurised, non-alcoholic and suitable for both omnivores and vegans. NAMIKO food and probiotic drinks can be consumed by the whole family – adults and children. NAMIKO Buckwheat Fermented Drink Concentrate is the best concentrate of beneficial micro-organisms for several reasons:
this probiotic drink has a much higher content of beneficial micro-organisms compared to fermented vegetables and other fermented products;
NAMIKO contains all the strains of beneficial micro-organisms found in our environment and involved in fermentation, which makes NAMIKO stand out from all other fermented products;
the beneficial micro-organisms start their beneficial work in the mouth and continue throughout the digestive tract when consuming probiotic food made with NAMIKO.
It is particularly recommended to eat NAMIKO probiotic food when taking antibiotics or after taking antibiotics in order to restore a healthy microflora throughout the digestive tract.
How should I take NAMIKO (concentrates of beneficial micro-organisms)?
It is recommended to take NAMIKO with food or with a probiotic drink before every meal – breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Probiotic drink with NAMIKO: Take diluted in a beverage (juice, water, compote) at a ratio of 1:40 (one teaspoon per 200 ml glass of beverage), or add NAMIKO to beverages to taste – to give a pleasant sour taste. Take at room temperature (in moderation) before meals.
Fermented foods: It is recommended to add undiluted NAMIKO to dishes (green smoothies, chopped/rubbed fruit, vegetables, soups, porridges, salads, sauces, pancake batters, breads and pastries). The food to which NAMIKO is added should not be too hot – up to 50 degrees (about the temperature that does not burn the palate) and should not kill the beneficial micro-organisms. It is also recommended to add NAMIKO to uncooked food and allow the food to ferment for a few hours.
Fermented products: Various vegetables (cucumbers, beetroot, carrots, cabbage, pumpkin, tomatoes, etc.), fruits (apples, pears, plums, etc.) and beverages (juice, etc.) can also be fermented with the NAMIKO probiotic drink concentrate. Add one tablespoon of NAMIKO Fermented Beverage Concentrate to one litre of water, season with spices as needed and add the products you want to ferment. Beverages such as juice can also be fermented. The product prepared in this way should be kept at room temperature for 1-2 days and then refrigerated (fridge, cellar, etc.). When fermenting cabbage, the usual method of fermentation is recommended, by sprinkling each layer of cabbage with a little fermented concentrate. NAMIKO can also be used as a leaven for bread and pastry dough.
Over time, NAMIKO can be consumed individually according to taste and the body’s needs.
